Description: 76-year-old female presented with tender red nodules and plaques on the foream, shin, thigh and one finger. Patient has h/o aortic stenosis and is s/p valve replacement. Lesions have been present for a few weeks. Clinical diagnosis: panniculitis vs eosinophilic cellulitis. Right forearm, punch biopsy.
